Supperland debuted last year as an enchanting and elevated restaurant, transformed from a MidCentury Church, and serving dishes inspired by potlucks and group gatherings. Later on in the year, the Supperland Speakeasy made its debut below the bar at Supperland, with mixologist Colleen Hughes behind gorgeous, tasty, and whimsical cocktails.
Try out delicious and photo-worthy cocktails like their Science is for Girls, with clarified milk punch, private select bourbon whisky, acid adjusted orange juice, toasted hazelnut orgeat, spiced chocolate milk, and cold brew coffee ice rose.
The speakeasy focuses on “spirit experiences” that are often themed. For the time being, they’re running a “Classy Classics” theme that runs every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6pm to 8:30pm, and is running until April 2nd.
During these time slots, guests can “explore lesser-known classic cocktails and enjoy a spirit experience of coursed cocktails and smile bite pairings.” The evenings are small and intimate with only ten seats at the bar so you can get an up close and personal look with the highly trained mixologists.
Reservations are required and cost $169 per person and each ticket ensure guests will get to imbibe in delicious and expert cocktails for 2 hours.
