Made with Wisconsin white cheese in a square-pan that makes a fluffy, crispy crust, Detroit is a unique style that put Jet on the map when they first started. Another great quality of the Detroit-style are the smaller pepperoni cups that curl up a bit at the edges and serve as great catch-alls for the pizza grease, creating a juicer bite. A NY-style pizzeria that landed in Charlotte in 2018, but hailed from the original location that established in New York in 1990.
