Give a grand welcome to Vicious Biscuit, a popular biscuit chain that hails from South Carolina and has finally made the cross over to Charlotte. This popular quick-stop opened in the Arboretum earlier this month, and if you’re still not sure what to get, we’ve got you covered on how to enjoy.
Expect fun twists on Southern classics–gravy, Fried Green Tomatoes, and spice abound, all crammed between two fluffy, buttery biscuits. The Fat Boy is a signature item and is made with hot fried chicken, their signature pimento cheese, and their Vicious spicy honey drizzle. They’ve even got some sandwiches made on Jalapeño Cheese biscuits for a little extra spice, like on their Vicious sandwich that also comes with maple sausage gravy and a maple syrup drizzle. You can even buy their biscuits a la carte, with flavors like Jalapeño Cheddar, Sweet Potato, and Buttermilk available.
While biscuits are definitely the star of the show, you can also try their Hush Puppies, Beignets, or Fried Green Tomatoes to share, as well as their healthier oatmeal power bowl option, strawberry and spinach salad, and egg white omelet.
Don’t leave without trying one of their amazing hand crafted cocktails–their savory Chef Michael Signature Bloody Mary is made with signature house-made spicy bloody mary mix, Tito’s vodka, garnished with pickled okra, olive, lemon, lime & Vicious thick-cut bacon.
We’ll see you there this weekend!
