Rise and shine, Charlotte.
Asheville’s classic breakfast eatery, Early Girl Eatery, is now expanding to its first Charlotte location over in Southend. Imagine spending a weekday morning getting fresh produce at the Farmer’s Market then creating a delicious home-cooked meal from what you bought. That’s the experience that Early Girl Eatery offers with their farm-to-table concept menu.
Their menu is farm fresh with its roots in the South, with menu items such as the Bow to the King, their most famous dish comprised of Southern fried chicken tenders and and cinnamon-battered, house made buttermilk biscuits with whipped cream and fresh fruit. They’ve also got a comforting, 12-hour slow roasted porky breakfast bowl with “hand-cut home fries, 12-hour slow roasted pulled pork, scrambled cage-free eggs, cheddar, and smothered in smoky bacon gravy.” As a reminder, breakfast, lunch and even dinner are served all day.
Early Girl Eatery has finally announced that it will open on May 9th, and we couldn’t be more excited!
