2. Rosie’s Wine Garden
Rosie’s Coffee & Wine Garden is the perfect garden oasis to spent a crisp night in Charlotte. The interior reminds us of a vintage country club and the outside patio is like an enchanting little garden in the heart of Charlotte that’s perfect for date night, birthdays, or special celebrations. There’s fire pits and heaters to ensure you won’t get cold among the trees so come in, grab a coffee in the afternoon or a glass of vino in the evening and relax.

3. Stagioni
Stagioni are the same people behind some of Charlotte’s finest restaurants, like Good Food on Montford, and so when you step into the restaurant, you know you’re in for a treat. Stagioni does seasonal Italian food with dishes such as their seasonal squash pizza, truffle tagliatelle pasta, and pan-seared chicken thighs. They can even serve as a brunch spot with a patio with their fabulous menu (chicken and waffles, anyone?). 8. Hoppin’
Craft beer lovers rejoin! There’s a heated patio here in Charlotte with your name on it. “Steak, fries, and greens” are just some of the items you can get at the Dunavant. Their menu has got a lot of Charlotte classics to enjoy like mac and cheese, mussels, and, of course, steak. For fries, they’ve got a small section dedicated to bottomless options like gorgonzola, philly cheese, and even duck. Dig in on their outdoor, indoor patio and enjoy.

10. Foxcroft Wine Co.
Foxcroft has got a cozy little patio dedicated to good vibes, good food, and an extensive list of quality wines for you to try. They’ve been around for over 17 years now, perfecting their menu with small shareable plates and delicate wines for all palettes, and have since expanded into a few different areas like Dilworth and Southpark! We’d highly recommend the crisp, slightly sweet Albariño from Spain or the Cabarnet/Syrah blend from Chile.

11. Bulla Gastrobar
Embrace la buena vida in style at this heated patio with a Spanish flair, right here in the heart of Charlotte! The restaurant is nation-wide and does its own take on Spanish cuisine with a beautifully designed space to match. Start off with an order of crispy calamari topped with a squeeze of lemon, grab a plate with jamon iberico, and a glass of red rioja wine, all while enjoying the heaters from their patio. Don’t forget to leave without trying a delicious churro with hot chocolate for dessert.

They’re back! The Goodyear House is bringing back their creative wintry solutions to a freezing, cold evening in Charlotte that’s also secluded festive. The igloos will be returning (and we anticipate these will be announced to return to a lot of restaurants over the next month) that were made popular during the winter of 2020. Keep a look out and in the meantime, you can try out some delicious Southern dishes like marinated shrimp, smoked cashew mac and cheese, or North Carolina trout.
