Listening to classical music by candlelight in a beautiful setting sounds like the peaceful haven we all need.
Calm your mind and experience classical music in a new light with these sensational concerts in some of Charlotte’s most magical locations. This concert series known simply as “Candlelight invites everyone to relive the greatest works of classical music, from Vivaldi to Film Scores to Queen, in some of Charlotte’s most classy and intimate spaces.

The first concerts will feature Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, Magical Movie Soundtracks, and Bach to the Beatles, all played by the most talented classical musicians. With countless flickering candles illuminating each unique space, the Charlotte Candlelight concerts will present a collection of classical music over the course of 65 mesmerizing minutes.
Note: For the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
These enchanting concerts will take place at two of Charlotte’s most unique and stunning venues. The Collector’s Room is in Charlotte’s lively South End neighborhood adjacent to one of South End’s contemporary art galleries. There are also a couple of new events happening at this venue, like a special evening of scores from classic and popular films, and a tribute to Queen. You can even experience a special evening of classical renditions of anime and video game tracks from the newest venue to host Candlelight, the Big Chill, which is Charlotte’s largest Motown/Rhythm and Blues/Jazz club!
The Candlelight series takes place twice each night with two back to back 60-65 minute performances. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to each show.
